Important Safety Information

- Outdoor Use Only: This grill is designed for outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
- Clearance: Maintain minimum clearances from combustible materials: 24 inches from sides and back.
- LP Gas Only: Use only LP (Liquid Propane) gas. Do not connect to a natural gas supply.
- Leak Test: Perform a leak test on all gas connections before first use and after any cylinder change.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the grill at all times.
- Hot Surfaces: Grill surfaces become hot during operation. Use heat-resistant gloves.
- Grease Fires: Do not leave the grill unattended. In case of a grease fire, turn off the gas supply and close the lid. Do not use water.
- Cylinder Storage: Store LP cylinders outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Assembly Instructions
The MASTER COOK Propane Gas Grill requires assembly. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify all components are present against the parts list.
- Assemble Cart: Attach the wheels to the cart base. Secure the cart legs to the base using the provided hardware.
- Attach Grill Body: Place the grill body onto the assembled cart. Ensure the toggle clamp latches are securely fastened to connect the grill and cart.
- Install Side Shelves: Slide the two removable side shelves into their designated slots on either side of the grill body.
- Connect Gas Hose and Regulator: Connect the included 23.6-inch gas hose and regulator to the grill's gas inlet. Ensure a tight seal.
- Insert Cast Iron Grates: Place the two cast iron cooking grates onto the grill cooking surface.

Operating Instructions
Connecting the Propane Tank
The grill is compatible with both 1 lb and 20 lb propane tanks (not included). Ensure the tank is upright and securely connected to the regulator.

Lighting the Grill
- Open the grill lid.
- Ensure the control knob is in the "OFF" position.
- Slowly open the valve on the propane tank.
- Push in and turn the control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- Press the igniter button repeatedly until the burner ignites.
- If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting procedure.

Grilling Tips
- Preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed to reach desired cooking temperature. The built-in temperature gauge assists with monitoring.
- Use the control knob to adjust the flame intensity for different cooking needs.
- The two removable side shelves can hold up to 4.4 lbs each, providing convenient space for utensils and sauces.

Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning Grates: After each use, allow the grates to cool slightly, then clean with a grill brush. For stubborn residue, wash with warm soapy water.
- Grease Collection: The grill features a removable grease collection tray for easy cleaning. Empty and clean regularly to prevent flare-ups.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
