Setup
Components and Initial Assembly
Your Philips Sonicare 4100 package includes the toothbrush handle, one C2 Optimal Plaque Control brush head, and a USB charging base. To assemble, simply align the brush head with the metal shaft on the handle and push it down until it clicks into place.

Charging the Toothbrush
Before first use, fully charge your toothbrush. Place the handle on the USB charging base. The battery indicator light on the handle will show the charging status. A full charge can last up to 14 days with regular use.

Operating Instructions
Powering On and Intensity Settings
Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush. The Philips Sonicare 4100 offers two intensity settings. Press the power button a second time to switch between the lower and higher intensity modes. The toothbrush will remember your last selected intensity setting for future use.
