3. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Greenworks Electric Pressure Washer for first use:
- Unpack: Remove all components from the packaging.
- Connect Water Inlet: Attach your garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's outlet and the other end to the spray gun.
- Assemble Spray Gun: Attach the wand to the spray gun.

4. Operating Instructions

- Turn on Water: Fully turn on the water supply to the pressure washer.
- Purge Air: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges.
- Plug In: Plug the 35-foot power cord with the GFCI plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Start Unit: Turn the power switch on. The motor will start when the trigger is squeezed and stop when released.
- Begin Cleaning: Hold the spray gun firmly and direct the spray at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining an appropriate distance.
Nozzle Selection:
- 25° Nozzle (Green): Provides a high-pressure, medium-angle spray. Ideal for general cleaning of patios, driveways, and fences.

Using the Soap Applicator:
The included soap applicator allows for easy detergent application.
- Fill the soap applicator bottle with pressure washer safe detergent.
- Attach the soap applicator to the spray gun.
- Spray the detergent onto the surface. Allow it to soak for a few minutes, then rinse with a high-pressure nozzle.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your pressure washer.
- After Each Use:
- Disconnect power and water supply.
- Drain all water from the pump, hose, and spray gun to prevent freezing damage.
- Clean the nozzles and filter screen on the water inlet.
- Wipe down the unit with a damp cloth.
- Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free area. Utilize the on-board accessory storage for nozzles and the hose.
