1. Setup

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection
Slide the switch on the back of the unit to 'ON' to power it on. You can switch between 'COOK' mode (for temperature monitoring) and 'TIMER' mode using the switch on the back.
2.2 Instant Accurate Reading
Insert the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones. The thermometer provides an instant temperature reading within 2 seconds with an accuracy of ±1°F.

2.3 Custom Temperature Setting and Food Modes
The thermometer features 8 built-in food cooking modes (Beef, Lamb, Veal, Hamburger, Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Fish) and 5 doneness levels. Tap the 'M/M' button to cycle through the meat types. Tap the 'S/T' button to select the desired doneness level (e.g., Well, Medium, Rare).
To customize the alert temperature, press and hold the 'S/S' button until the alert temperature starts blinking. Then use the 'S/T' button to adjust the temperature up or down. The device will beep to alert you when the target temperature is reached. Press any button to silence the alarm.

2.4 Kitchen Timer Mode
In 'TIMER' mode, you can set a countdown timer for your cooking. Use the touch buttons to set the desired time. The timer will alert you when it reaches zero.
2.5 Unit Switch
The thermometer supports switching between degrees Celsius (°C) and degrees Fahrenheit (°F). Tap the 'S/S' button to toggle between the units.
