Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To turn on: Press the ON/OFF button. The display will show "0.0".
- To turn off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds until the display turns off. The scale also features an auto-shutoff function (default 30s, 60s, 120s, 600s configurable) to conserve battery life.
2. Unit Conversion (g/oz)
- To switch between grams (g) and ounces (oz), press the UNIT button. The current unit will be displayed on the screen.

3. Tare Function
The tare function allows you to weigh ingredients in a container by subtracting the container's weight.
- Place an empty container on the scale platform. The display will show the container's weight.
- Press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.0".
- Add your ingredients to the container. The display will now show only the net weight of the ingredients.

Maintenance
Cleaning
The stainless steel platform is designed for easy cleaning. To clean your scale:
- Wipe the platform with a damp cloth.
- For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent.
- Do not immerse the scale in water or use abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the scale is completely dry before storage or next use.

Troubleshooting
- Scale does not turn on: Check if the batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace batteries if necessary.
- Inaccurate readings: Ensure the scale is placed on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing it near strong electromagnetic fields. Recalibrate if necessary (refer to advanced settings in the full manual if available).
- Display shows "Lo": Batteries are low and need to be replaced.
- Display shows "O-Ld": The scale is overloaded. Remove items immediately to prevent damage.
