3. Setup and Assembly

The Theramedic Flex Track Massage Chair comes mostly pre-assembled. Minimal setup is required. Please follow the steps below:

1. Unboxing: Carefully cut the packaging tape and lift the cardboard box off the chair.
2. Remove Protective Wrapping: Remove all plastic protective wrapping from the chair.
3. Position the Chair: Place the chair on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from any wall for the recline function.
4. Check Accessories: Locate the LCD screen, power cable, LCD screen support bracket, user manual, and foot cushions.
5. Install Screen Bracket: Securely install the screen support bracket onto the designated slot on the armrest using the provided screws.
6. Attach LCD Screen: Mount the LCD screen onto the installed bracket.
7. Connect Cables: Connect the cable from the LCD screen to the corresponding cable located under the seat.
8. Secure Backrest Pad: Zip up any zippers under the backrest pad to secure it.
9. Plug in Power: Connect the power cord to the chair and then to a suitable power outlet.
10. Initial Reset: Turn on the main power switch. The chair will automatically reset to its default position.

4. Operating Instructions

Your massage chair can be operated using the integrated LCD screen, the quick access side panel, or via Bluetooth connection to your smartphone.

4.1 Getting Started

1. Sit comfortably in the chair.
2. Place your feet in the footrest.
3. If desired, place the heating pad over your back/chest area and the pillow for your head.
4. Insert your hands into the arm compression areas.

4.2 Using the LCD Screen Controller

The LCD screen provides detailed control over all massage functions:

• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the chair on. A voice prompt will confirm activation.
• Manual Mode: Select 'Manual' to customize specific massage zones (back, thigh, feet) and techniques.
• Strength/Intensity: Adjust the strength of the massage rollers and the intensity of the airbags.
• Airbag Control: Activate and adjust the intensity of shoulder, arm, calf, and foot airbags.
• Zero Gravity: Select from three levels of zero gravity recline. The chair will adjust to distribute body weight evenly.
• Pause Function: Temporarily pause the massage session while maintaining the current recline position.
• Heating: Activate back and calf heating elements. The screen will indicate active heating zones.
• Foot Roller: Turn on/off and adjust the intensity of the foot rollers.
• Time: Adjust the duration of your massage session (default is 20 minutes).
