1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all instructions before assembling and using this bunk bed. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Weight Capacity: Each bunk has a maximum weight capacity of 435 lbs. Do not exceed this limit.
• Mattress Requirements: Use only twin-size mattresses (approximately 75" L x 39" W). The maximum mattress thickness for the upper bunk should not exceed 7 inches to ensure the safety guard rails are effective.
• Guard Rails: The upper bunk is equipped with 16-inch high guard rails. These must always be in place. Do not remove or modify them.
• Ladder Use: Always use the provided inclined ladder for accessing the upper bunk. Do not jump on or off the bunk bed.

3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires at least two adults. Clear a spacious area for assembly. Do not use power tools for tightening hardware as this may damage the wood.

General Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and compare with the parts list in the separate assembly guide to ensure all pieces are present and undamaged.
2. Assemble Bed Frames: Begin by assembling the headboards and footboards for both the upper and lower beds. Attach the side rails to form two separate twin bed frames.
3. Install Slats: Place and secure the wooden slats onto the support ledges of each bed frame. Ensure they are evenly spaced and firmly attached.
4. Stack Beds (for Bunk Bed Configuration): Carefully lift and place the upper bed frame onto the lower bed frame, aligning the connection points. Secure them using the provided hardware.
5. Attach Guard Rails: Install the guard rails on all open sides of the upper bunk. Ensure they are securely fastened.
6. Attach Ladder: Securely attach the inclined ladder to the designated side of the bunk bed. Verify it is stable and does not wobble.
7. Final Check: Double-check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Do not overtighten.

2-in-1 Convertible Design:

This bunk bed is designed to be convertible. It can be used as a traditional twin-over-twin bunk bed or separated into two individual twin beds. To convert, carefully disassemble the upper bunk from the lower bunk and reconfigure the headboards/footboards as needed for two standalone beds. Ensure all hardware is properly secured in either configuration.

4. Operating Instructions

Using the Bunk Bed:

• Ensure mattresses are correctly sized and positioned.

Under-Bed Storage:

5. Maintenance

Cleaning:
