Setup

  1. Separate Tanks: Detach the upper freshwater tank from the lower waste water tank by unlatching the side clips.
  2. Fill Freshwater Tank: Unscrew the cap of the freshwater tank and fill it with clean water. You may add a small amount of toilet chemical designed for freshwater tanks if desired. Securely replace the cap. The freshwater tank has a capacity of 2.64 gallons (10 L).
  3. Prepare Waste Water Tank: Add a recommended waste tank chemical (e.g., deodorizer, waste breakdown agent) and a small amount of water (approximately 1-2 cups) into the waste water tank through the waste outlet or by opening the slide valve and pouring directly into the bowl. The waste water tank has a capacity of 5.28 gallons (20 L).
  4. Reassemble: Align the upper tank with the lower tank and securely fasten the side clips until they click into place.
  5. Positioning: Place the assembled toilet on a firm, level surface.

Operating Instructions

  1. Open Slide Valve: Before use, pull the slide valve handle to open the valve, allowing waste to pass into the lower tank.
  2. Flushing: After use, push the slide valve handle back to close the valve. Then, use the handle pump to flush. Pull the pump handle up and push it down repeatedly to circulate water from the freshwater tank through the T-type water outlets, cleaning the bowl.
  3. Hand Sprayer: The included hand sprayer can be used for additional cleaning of the bowl if needed. Connect it to the designated port on the freshwater tank.
  4. Level Indicator: Monitor the waste water tank level indicator. When the red area is over 1/2, it is time to empty the waste tank.

Maintenance

Emptying the Waste Tank

  1. Ensure the slide valve is fully closed.
  2. Press the air release valve button on the waste tank to equalize pressure.
  3. Detach the upper freshwater tank from the lower waste water tank.
  4. Carry the waste water tank to an approved disposal site (e.g., RV dump station, household toilet).
  5. Rotate the waste outlet spout and remove the cap. Pour out the contents slowly to avoid splashing. The integrated splash guard helps manage this.
  6. Rinse the waste tank thoroughly with clean water. You may add a small amount of water and shake the tank to ensure complete rinsing.
  7. Replace the waste outlet cap and rotate the spout back into its storage position.

Cleaning and Storage

  • Clean the toilet bowl and exterior surfaces with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth.
  • Periodically inspect the rubber seals and O-rings for wear and tear. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the slide valve gasket to maintain smooth operation and prevent leaks.
  • When storing for extended periods, ensure both tanks are completely empty and dry. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided carry bag.
