6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning Instructions
- Fabric: Wipe fabric parts with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Frame: Wipe the metal and plastic parts of the frame with a soft, damp cloth.
- Changing Table: The changing table is designed to be wipe-clean and waterproof. Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach.
6.2 Storage
When not in use, store the playard in its carry bag in a clean, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
7. Troubleshooting
- Playard will not fold: Ensure the mattress pad is removed and the center of the floor is pulled up. Check that all side rails are unlocked before attempting to fold.
- Side rails will not lock: Ensure the center of the playard floor is not pushed down. The side rails must lock into place before the floor is fully lowered. Lift the center of the floor slightly, lock the rails, then push the floor down.
- Attachments (bassinet/changing table) feel unstable: Verify that all clips, straps, or securing mechanisms are properly engaged and tightened according to the assembly instructions.
- Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check for debris caught in the wheels. Clean as necessary.
