1. Product Overview

The Togetface Bluetooth Kids Earbuds (Model Y-K71) are wireless in-ear headphones designed for comfortable use by children. They feature a compact design, touch controls, and come with a portable charging case.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status. The kitty's eyes on the case will light up when charging, and the mouth indicators will show the charge level. No lights indicate a full charge.

3.2 Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for available devices and select "K62" from the list.
5. Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use. They will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

3.3 Selecting Earcips

The earbuds come with three different sizes of soft silicone earcips (S, M, L) to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Choose the size that best fits your ears for optimal sound quality and comfort. To change an earcip, gently pull off the current one and push on the desired size.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

4.2 Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing audio playback and calls:

• Play/Pause: Single tap either earbud.
• Next Song: Double tap either earbud.
• Previous Song: Press and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds.
• Volume Up: Single tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Single tap the left earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple tap the left earbud.
• Game Mode: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

5. Maintenance

To ensure longevity and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds and earcips. Gently remove the silicone earcips and clean them with a mild soap solution and water. Wipe the earbuds with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and placing them back in the charging case.

6. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are removed from the case and your device's Bluetooth is on. Forget the device "K62" from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open it again and remove them to reset the connection.
• Charging issues: Check the USB-C cable and power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Low volume/poor sound quality: Ensure earcips are correctly fitted and clean. Adjust volume on both your device and using the earbud touch controls.
