4. Setup and Charging

First Use:

1. Unpack the REATHLETE NECKA massager and all accessories.
2. Inspect the device for any visible damage. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
3. Connect the power adapter to the massager's charging port and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Allow the device to fully charge before its first use. The charging indicator light will change when fully charged (refer to the control panel section for details).
5. If desired, attach the extra pad nodes cover over the massage nodes for a softer massage experience.

5. Operating Instructions

The REATHLETE NECKA massager features an intuitive control panel located on one of the straps.

Control Panel Functions:

• Power Button (⬤): Press to turn the massager ON/OFF.
• Speed Button (≡): Press to cycle through 3 massage speed levels (Low, Medium, High).
• Heat Button (≈): Press to activate or adjust heat therapy. There are 2 heat intensity levels. Press again to turn off heat.
• Direction Button (↻): Press to change the rotation direction of the massage nodes (Clockwise / Counter-Clockwise).

Using the Massager:

1. Place the massager on the desired body part (neck, shoulders, back, waist, or legs). Use the adjustable straps and side release buckle to secure it if needed.
2. Press the Power Button to turn on the massager. It will start with a default speed and direction.
3. Adjust the massage speed using the Speed Button.
4. Activate or adjust heat therapy with the Heat Button.
5. Change the massage direction using the Direction Button.
6. The massager will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. You can manually turn it off at any time by pressing the Power Button.

6. Maintenance and Storage

Cleaning:

• Ensure the massager is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• The eco-leather material is waterproof and easy to clean.
• The extra pad nodes cover can be removed and gently hand-washed if necessary. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.

Storage:

• Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Use the provided eco-leather carrying bag for convenient and protected storage.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the massager during storage.
