2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your microwave oven:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the microwave oven and all packing materials from the carton. Check for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the microwave on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food item likely to be cooked in it. Ensure there is adequate space for ventilation (at least 4 inches of clearance on the top, sides, and back). Do not place it near heat sources or in damp areas.
  3. Turntable Assembly:
    • Place the turntable ring on the oven cavity floor.
    • Place the glass turntable on top of the turntable ring, ensuring it sits securely in the center support.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the UL Certified power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (120V, 60Hz).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

The microwave oven features intuitive mechanical knobs and buttons for easy use.

  1. Place Food: Put the food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable and close the door securely.
  2. Select Microwave Power: Use the upper knob (labeled "MW") to select the desired microwave power level. Options include Defrost, M.Low (40P), M.High (80P), High (100P), and Speed Cooking.
  3. Set Cooking Time: Use the lower knob (labeled "Time/Weight") to set the cooking time. The LED display will show the selected time. The maximum cooking time is 60 minutes.
  4. Start Cooking: Press the "Start" button to begin cooking. The internal light will illuminate, and the turntable will rotate.
  5. Pause/Cancel: To pause cooking, press the "Pause/Cancel" button once. To cancel cooking and clear settings, press it twice.
  6. End of Cooking: The oven will beep three times when cooking is complete, and "End" will appear on the display.

5.2 Microwave Power Levels

The microwave offers 5 distinct power levels for various cooking needs:

  • M.High (80P): Suitable for reheating leftovers or cooking delicate foods.
  • High (100P): For general cooking and boiling water.

5.3 Auto Cooking Functions

The microwave includes 8 convenient preset menus for common food items. To use, simply turn the lower knob to select the desired menu, and the oven will automatically set the appropriate cooking time and power.

5.4 Child Lock Function

  • To Activate: Press and hold the "Pause/Cancel" button for 3 seconds. The display will indicate that the child lock is active.
  • To Deactivate: Press and hold the "Pause/Cancel" button for 3 seconds again. The child lock indicator will disappear from the display.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Interior Cleaning: Wipe the inside of the oven with a damp cloth after each use. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent can be used. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
