1. Washing Clothes

  1. Load Clothes: Open the wash tub lid and place clothes inside. Do not exceed the maximum wash capacity of 7 lbs (approximately 3.17 kg). Overloading can reduce washing efficiency and potentially damage the machine.
  2. Examples of wash capacity for the Tiktun washing machine, showing towels, children's clothes, sweaters, shirts, and socks

  3. Add Water and Detergent: Pour the appropriate amount of water into the wash tub, ensuring clothes are submerged. Add your preferred laundry detergent.
  4. Set Wash Timer: Turn the "Wash Timer" knob to select the desired washing time, up to 15 minutes.
  5. Select Wash Mode: Use the "Select Switch" to choose between "Standard" or "Soft" wash modes, depending on the fabric type.
  6. Start Washing: The machine will begin washing automatically once the timer is set.
  7. Drain Water: Once washing is complete, turn the "Select Switch" to "Drain" to empty the water from the wash tub. Ensure the drain hose is positioned correctly.

2. Spin Drying Clothes

  1. Transfer Clothes: Carefully transfer the washed clothes from the wash tub to the spin tub. Distribute clothes evenly inside the spin tub to maintain balance during spinning. Do not exceed the maximum spin capacity of 4 lbs (approximately 1.81 kg).
  2. Secure Lid: Close the spin tub lid securely.
  3. Set Spin Timer: Turn the "Spin Timer" knob to select the desired spin time, up to 5 minutes.
  4. Start Spinning: The machine will begin spin-drying. The spin cycle removes excess water from clothes, reducing drying time.
  5. Remove Clothes: Once the spin cycle is complete, open the lid and carefully remove the spin-dried clothes.

Both washing and spin-drying functions can be operated simultaneously, allowing for efficient laundry processing.

Maintenance and Care

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Tiktun washing machine.

  • Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surface.
  • Cleaning the Tubs: After each use, rinse the wash and spin tubs with clean water. For deeper cleaning, occasionally wipe the inside of the tubs with a mild detergent solution and rinse thoroughly.
  • Draining Water: Always ensure all water is drained from the machine after use to prevent mildew and odors. The gravity drain system requires the drain hose to be positioned lower than the machine.
  • Pulsator and Filter: Periodically check the pulsator and any lint filters (if present) for debris and clean as necessary to maintain washing efficiency.
  • Storage: If storing the machine for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry inside and out. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
