4. Setup and Installation
This system is designed for 12V-24V vehicle electrical systems. Ensure the vehicle's power supply matches the system's requirements.
4.1 Mounting the Monitor
- Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or other flat surface for the monitor. Ensure it does not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls.
- Attach the monitor to the provided mounting bracket.
- Secure the bracket to the chosen surface using the supplied screws or adhesive.
- Adjust the monitor angle for optimal viewing.
- Attach the sun visor to the monitor to reduce glare.
4.2 Mounting the Cameras
- Select appropriate locations for the two cameras, typically at the rear of the vehicle for reversing, or other areas requiring monitoring. Ensure the cameras have a clear, unobstructed view.
- Secure each camera using its metal bracket and screws. The cameras are IP69 waterproof and designed for outdoor use.
- Adjust the camera angle as needed. The cameras feature 360° rotation for flexible positioning.
4.3 Wiring Connections
Refer to the wiring diagram for proper connections. Use the provided pure copper shielded aviation wires for reliable signal transmission.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the vehicle's electrical system.
- Connect the B+ (Red) wire to a constant 12V-24V power source (e.g., battery positive terminal, fuse box).
- Connect the ACC (Yellow) wire to an ignition-switched 12V-24V power source.
- Connect the GND (Black) wire to a vehicle ground point.
- The Reverse2 (Green) wire is an optional trigger wire. Connect it to the vehicle's reverse light positive wire to automatically switch the monitor to the rear camera (CH2) when reversing.
- Video Cable Connection: Connect the video cables from the cameras to the corresponding video input ports (CH1, CH2) on the monitor. Use the 5m and 15m cables as needed for camera placement.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your camera system, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image on monitor | Power cable disconnected; Video cable loose; Incorrect channel selected. | Check all power and video connections; Ensure monitor is ON; Switch to correct camera channel (CH1/CH2). |
| Poor image quality (blurry, distorted) | Dirty camera lens; Damaged video cable; Incorrect monitor settings. | Clean camera lens; Inspect video cables for damage; Adjust Brightness/Contrast in monitor menu. |
| Night vision not working | Insufficient darkness for auto-activation; Faulty LEDs. | Ensure ambient light is low enough for LEDs to activate automatically; Contact support if LEDs remain off in dark conditions. |
| Parking lines not displayed | Parking lines disabled in menu; Trigger wire not connected (for auto-reverse lines). | Enable 'Car Line' option in the monitor menu; Verify 'Reverse2' trigger wire connection. |
| Monitor not turning on | No power to the unit; Blown fuse in vehicle. | Check power connections (B+, ACC, GND); Inspect vehicle fuses. |
