The unit features a control knob on the front panel to select between three power settings: Low (4.5 kW), Medium (8.5 kW), and High (13 kW). These settings allow you to adjust the heating capacity based on your hot water demand and incoming water temperature.

5. Installation
IMPORTANT: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician and plumber in accordance with all applicable national and local codes.
5.1 Site Selection
- Install the unit indoors, protected from freezing temperatures.
- Mount the unit vertically on a sturdy wall surface.
- Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and service access.
5.2 Plumbing Connections

- Connect the cold water supply line to the inlet marked with blue. Install a shut-off valve on the cold water inlet line.
- Connect the hot water outlet line to the outlet marked with red.
- Install the provided Pressure Relief Device (PRD) into the designated port on the unit. Ensure the discharge pipe from the PRD is directed to a safe drain location.
- Use 1/2" NPT connections for water lines.
- After all plumbing connections are made, open the cold water supply valve and allow water to flow through the unit and out of a hot water faucet until all air is purged from the system. This step is critical before applying electrical power.
5.3 Electrical Connections
WARNING: Ensure power is OFF at the main breaker panel before making any electrical connections.
- This 13kW unit requires a dedicated 240-V circuit with a 60A double-pole circuit breaker.
- Use 4/2 AWG copper wiring with ground for the electrical connection.
- Connect the electrical wires to the terminal block inside the unit as per the wiring diagram provided in the unit's internal instructions. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- The circuit breaker must be grounded.
6. Operating Instructions
Once installed and all safety checks are complete, you can begin operating your tankless water heater.
6.1 Initial Power-Up
- Ensure the water system is completely filled with water and all air has been purged (refer to Section 5.2).
- Turn on the 60A double-pole circuit breaker at your main electrical panel to supply power to the unit.
- The unit will enter standby mode.

The unit has three power settings controlled by the front knob:
- Low (4.5 kW): Suitable for minimal hot water demand or when incoming water is already warm.
- Medium (8.5 kW): For moderate hot water needs.
- High (13 kW): For maximum hot water output, ideal for showers or when incoming water is very cold.
6.3 Performance and Flow Rate
The actual hot water temperature delivered by a tankless heater depends on the incoming water temperature and the flow rate. Higher flow rates or colder incoming water will result in a lower output temperature.

- To achieve higher temperatures, reduce the water flow at the faucet.
- If the water temperature fluctuates, it may be due to varying flow rates. Try to maintain a consistent flow.
- The unit is designed to provide endless hot water on demand, activating only when hot water is requested.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your tankless water heater.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Pressure Relief Device (PRD): Test the PRD annually by lifting the lever. Water should discharge from the pipe. If no water discharges, or if the valve does not reseat properly, replace the PRD.
- Descaling: Depending on your water quality, mineral deposits can build up inside the unit. It is recommended to descale the unit annually or bi-annually by a qualified professional. This typically involves flushing the unit with a descaling solution.
- Water Filter (if applicable): If an inline water filter is installed, inspect and clean or replace it as per the filter manufacturer's instructions.
