- Choose a Container: Select a heat-safe pot or container large enough to hold your food and the sous vide device, with a maximum capacity of 20 liters.
- Attach the Device: Place the adjustable fixed clip on the side of your chosen container. Insert the sous vide cooker into the clip and turn the clamp knob until it is securely tightened. Ensure the device is stable.
- Add Water: Fill the container with water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX markings on the stainless steel tube of the sous vide cooker. Do not exceed the MAX line to prevent overflow when food is added.

Operating Instructions
Operating your sous vide cooker involves preparing your food, setting the desired temperature and time, and monitoring the cooking process.
Food Preparation
- Season Food: Select your desired food item (e.g., meat, vegetables, seafood). Season it as desired, for example, with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Vacuum Seal: Place the seasoned food into a vacuum-sealable bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal the bag. Alternatively, use a high-quality zip-lock bag and use the water displacement method to remove air.

- Power On: Press the On/Off button (usually indicated by a power symbol) to turn on the device.
- Set Temperature: Press the SET button for temperature. Use the Up and Down arrows to adjust the desired cooking temperature. The temperature display will flash while setting.
- Set Time: Press the SET button again for time. Use the Up and Down arrows to adjust the desired cooking time (hours and minutes). The time display will flash while setting.
- Start Cooking: Once temperature and time are set, press the Start button (or the On/Off button again, depending on model) to begin the heating and circulation process. The indicator lamp ring will show "Heating Ongoing".
Cooking Process
- The device will heat the water to the set temperature and maintain it precisely. The 360° circulation ensures even heat distribution.
- Once the water reaches the target temperature, immerse your sealed food bags into the water bath. Ensure the bags are fully submerged.
- The timer will begin counting down. The indicator lamp ring will show "Setted time ongoing" or similar.
- When the set time elapses, the device will emit an audible alert and stop heating. The indicator lamp ring will show "All Done".
- Carefully remove the food bags from the water bath.
- For many foods, especially meats, a quick sear in a hot pan or on a grill after sous vide cooking will create a desirable crust and enhance flavor.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your sous vide cooker.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the device from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the device, including the control panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the top part of the device in water.
- Stainless Steel Tube Cleaning: The removable stainless steel pump body and all wetted parts are made of stainless steel. These parts can be cleaned with a mild dish soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling or storing.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits from water may accumulate on the heating element. To descale, fill a pot with water and add 1 cup of white vinegar. Attach the sous vide cooker and run it at 60°C (140°F) for 30 minutes. Rinse the tube thoroughly afterward.
- Storage: Store the device in a clean, dry place when not in use.
