Controls
The appliance features two rotary knobs for precise control:
- Time Control Knob: Adjusts the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes.
- Temperature Control Knob: Adjusts the cooking temperature from 80°C to 200°C.
Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials.
- Cleaning: Before first use, clean the frying basket and basket holder with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back, sides, and above the appliance.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
Operating Instructions
Preheating (Optional)
For best results, preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes is recommended.
- Pull out the frying basket from the appliance.
- Set the desired temperature using the temperature control knob.
- Set the timer to 3-5 minutes. The appliance will start heating.
- Once the timer rings, the air fryer is preheated.
Cooking Food

- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation. For crispy results, lightly brush or spray food with oil.
- Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired cooking temperature (up to 200°C).
- Set Time: Turn the time control knob to the required cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The air fryer will begin the cooking process.
- Shaking/Turning (Optional): For some foods, especially smaller items, shaking or turning them halfway through the cooking time can ensure more even results. To do this, carefully pull out the basket, shake or turn the food, and then slide the basket back in. The appliance will resume cooking.
- Completion: When the set cooking time has elapsed, the timer will ring, and the air fryer will automatically turn off.
- Remove Food: Carefully pull out the frying basket. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove the cooked food. Avoid touching the hot basket or interior of the appliance.

Maintenance and Cleaning

- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean Basket and Holder:

- Remove the frying basket from the main unit.
- To separate the basket from the holder, slide the key lock and press the release button on the handle.
- Wash the frying basket and basket holder with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Note: The frying basket and basket holder are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
- Clean Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
