1. Important Safety Information

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this product. Please follow these general steps. Refer to the detailed assembly diagram included in your package for specific part identification and fastening instructions.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble the Frame: Attach the legs to the main barbecue body using the provided screws and tools. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install Wheels: Secure the wheels to the designated leg supports. This allows for easy movement of the barbecue.
4. Attach Bottom Shelf: Fasten the bottom shelf to the assembled frame. This provides storage space for accessories or the gas cylinder.
5. Mount Side Table(s): Attach the side table(s) to the main barbecue body. These provide convenient workspace.
6. Insert Grill Grates and Cooking Plate: Place the grill grates and cooking plate into the main cooking area.

4. Initial Setup and Gas Connection

Before operating your barbecue, proper setup and gas connection are crucial for safety and performance.

1. Positioning: Place the barbecue on a firm, level surface, away from any combustible materials. Ensure adequate clearance from walls or other structures.
2. Gas Cylinder Connection: Connect the gas regulator to the gas cylinder valve. Ensure the connection is tight and secure.
3. Leak Test: Before first use and after every gas cylinder change, perform a leak test. Apply a soapy water solution (50% soap, 50% water) to all gas connections. Open the gas cylinder valve. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the gas valve immediately and tighten connections. Repeat the test. If leaks persist, do not use the barbecue and contact customer support.
4. Burn-off: Before cooking food for the first time, operate the barbecue on high heat for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed to burn off any manufacturing residues.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Lighting the Burners

1. Ensure the barbecue lid is open.
2. Open the gas supply valve on the cylinder.
3. Push in and turn one control knob to the HIGH position. You should hear a clicking sound from the igniter.
4. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to OFF, close the gas cylinder valve, and wait 5 minutes before attempting to light again.
5. Once the first burner is lit, you can light other burners by pushing in and turning their respective control knobs to HIGH.

5.2 Cooking

• Preheat the barbecue with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
• Adjust burner controls to achieve desired cooking temperature.
• Use appropriate barbecue tools for handling food.

5.3 Turning Off the Barbecue

1. Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position.
2. Close the gas supply valve on the gas cylinder.

6. Care and Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Grill Grates

• After each use, while the grates are still warm, use a grill brush to remove food residue.
• For deeper cleaning, remove grates once cooled and wash with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinserting.

6.2 Cleaning the Exterior

• Wipe down exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• For stainless steel parts, use a stainless steel cleaner to maintain shine and prevent corrosion.

6.3 Storage

• When not in use, store the barbecue in a dry, sheltered area.
• Disconnect the gas cylinder and store it upright in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Consider using a barbecue cover to protect it from weather elements.
