2.1 Key Features

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. There are two ways to charge:
- Using the Charging Cradle: Place the headset onto the charging cradle. Ensure the headset is properly seated for the charging contacts to align. The charging indicator LED on the headset will light up (usually red) during charging.
- Direct USB Type-C Connection: Connect the included USB charging cable to the headset's USB Type-C port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
Charging time is approximately 2 hours.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headset is fully charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on the headset until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, PC, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "400-BTMH023BK" from the list of found devices.
- Once paired, the LED indicator on the headset will flash blue slowly.
For multi-pairing, repeat the pairing process with a second device. The headset can maintain a connection with two devices simultaneously.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
- Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and then turns off.
4.2 Call Handling
- Answer Call: Short press the MFB.
- End Call: Short press the MFB during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 2 seconds when a call comes in.
- Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the dedicated mute button located on the microphone arm. When muted, a buzzer sound will play every 3 seconds to remind you.

4.3 Volume Control
Use the volume buttons located on the earcup to adjust the audio volume.
- Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
- Volume Down: Press the '-' button.

4.4 Microphone Adjustment
The microphone arm is flexible and can be rotated to position the microphone optimally for your voice. Ensure the microphone is close to your mouth for clear audio pickup, especially since it is unidirectional.

5. Maintenance
5.1 General Care and Cleaning
- Wipe the headset and charging cradle with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemicals.
- Keep the charging contacts on the headset and cradle clean and free of dust.
5.2 Battery Care and Storage
To ensure optimal battery performance and longevity:
- Avoid storing or using the headset in direct sunlight, near fire, or in areas with high temperatures or high humidity.
- Do not store or charge the device in locations such as a car dashboard or near a window where it may be exposed to direct sunlight.
- These conditions can lead to accidents or malfunctions.
- Charge the headset regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
