Setup Guide

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and its controller from the packaging.
  2. Inspect: Before first use, inspect the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Connect Controller: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the heating pad's connector.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Using the Controller:

The OPAUL heating pad features an intuitive digital controller for easy operation.

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) to turn the heating pad on or off. The display will illuminate when powered on.
  2. Adjust Heat Settings: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through the 6 available heat levels. The current temperature setting will be displayed on the controller.
  3. Set Timer: Press the timer button to select from 3 automatic shut-off timer levels (30, 60, or 90 minutes). The remaining time will be shown on the display. The pad will automatically turn off once the timer expires.

Application and Usage:

  • For Shoulder and Neck Pain: Place the heating pad over the affected area. The soft material conforms to your body for comfortable relief.

  • For Back Pain and Cramps: Position the pad on your lower back or abdomen. Utilize the integrated belt for hands-free application, allowing you to move freely while receiving therapy.

  • For Knee and Leg Pain: Wrap the heating pad around your knee or leg using the belt to secure it in place.

  • Moist Heat Therapy: For deeper heat penetration, lightly dampen the heating pad with a spray bottle before use. Do not soak the pad. Ensure the pad is only damp, not wet.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions:

The OPAUL Electric Heating Pad is machine washable for easy cleaning. Always disconnect the controller from the pad before washing.

  1. Disconnect: Ensure the controller is completely disconnected from the heating pad.
  2. Machine Wash: Machine wash the heating pad on a gentle cycle with cold water. Do not bleach.
  3. Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and using it again.
  4. Do Not Dry Clean: Do not dry clean, iron, or wring the heating pad.

Storage:

When not in use, store the heating pad in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it tightly or placing heavy objects on it, which could damage the internal heating elements.

Troubleshooting Guide
