3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Assembling the Blending Foot

  1. Align the blending foot (B) with the motor unit (A).
  2. Twist the blending foot clockwise until it locks securely into place.

3.2 Assembling the Chopper Attachment

  1. Carefully place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl (D).
  2. Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl.
  3. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
  4. Attach the motor unit (A) to the chopper lid, twisting until it locks.

3.3 Assembling the Whisk Attachment

  1. Insert the whisk (E) into the whisk adapter.
  2. Attach the whisk adapter to the motor unit (A), twisting until it locks.

4. Operating Instructions

The Moulinex Quickchef Lite Hand Blender features 20 adjustable speeds and a Turbo function for optimal control and performance.

4.1 General Blending (Blending Foot)

  1. Assemble the blending foot (B) to the motor unit (A).
  2. Place the ingredients into the 800ml measuring beaker (C) or another suitable container.
  3. Immerse the blending foot into the ingredients.
  4. Plug in the appliance.
  5. Adjust the speed using the dial on top of the motor unit. You can change speeds during operation without stopping.
  6. Press the power button to start blending. For maximum power, press the 'Turbo' button.
  7. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  8. Release the power button and unplug the appliance.

4.2 Using the Chopper Attachment

  1. Assemble the chopper attachment as described in Section 3.2.
  2. Plug in the appliance.
  3. Press the power button to start chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or continuous operation for finer results.
  4. Release the power button and unplug the appliance.

4.3 Using the Whisk Attachment

  1. Assemble the whisk attachment as described in Section 3.3.
  2. Place ingredients into a suitable bowl.
  3. Plug in the appliance.
  4. Press the power button to start whisking. Adjust speed as needed.
  5. Release the power button and unplug the appliance.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hand blender.

  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Motor Unit (A): Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
  • Blending Foot (B), Beaker (C), Chopper Bowl (D), Chopper Blade, Whisk (E), and Whisk Adapter: These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  • Handle Blades with Care: Be extremely careful when cleaning the chopper blade and blending foot blades as they are very sharp.
  • Storage: Store the hand blender and its attachments in a dry place.
