4. Setup and Installation
Important: Installation should only be carried out by a qualified plumber or installer. Ensure all local regulations and safety standards are met. Turn off the main water supply before starting installation.
- Prepare the Wall Cavity: Create a suitable cavity in the wall for the EASY Box Built-in Kit (A1000NU). The installation depth should be between 73 mm and 95 mm.
- Install the EASY Box: Securely mount the EASY Box Built-in Kit (A1000NU) within the prepared wall cavity using the provided fixings. Ensure it is level and correctly oriented (TOP-OBEN marking). Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the designated inlets on the EASY Box.
- Connect Outgoing Lines: Connect the two outgoing water lines from the EASY Box to the desired locations for the shower head and hand shower.
- Install Thermostatic Mixer Trim: Once the wall is finished, install the Ceratherm C100 Thermostatic Bath Mixer (A7522AA) trim kit onto the EASY Box. Follow the specific instructions provided with the mixer for proper alignment and sealing.
- Mount Shower Head Connection: Install the Idealrain Shower Head Connection (B9445AA) at the desired height on the wall, ensuring it is securely fixed and connected to the corresponding water outlet.
- Attach Shower Head: Screw the Idealrain Atelier Shower Head (A5805AA) onto the shower head connection. Ensure the joint allows for proper pivoting.
- Mount Shower Holder: Install the Idealrain Atelier Shower Holder (BC771AA) at a convenient height for the hand shower.

- Temperature Control: Use the temperature handle (typically marked with red for hot and blue for cold) to set your desired water temperature. The mixer features a 40°C safety stop. To exceed 40°C, press the safety button on the handle and turn further.
- Flow Control/Diverter: Use the flow control handle to turn the water on/off and adjust the flow rate. This handle also acts as a diverter to switch water flow between the main shower head and the hand shower. Turn the handle to select the desired outlet.
- Water Saving (ECO) Position: The mixer may include an ECO position for reduced water consumption. Consult the specific markings on your mixer for this feature.
