- Antenna: For transmitting and receiving radio signals.

Setup
1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Ensure the radio is powered off.
- Align the Li-ion battery with the battery compartment on the back of the radio.
- Slide the battery into place until it clicks securely.
- To charge, place the radio with the battery installed into the charging stand.
- Connect the charging cable to the adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light on the stand will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
2. Antenna Attachment
- Screw the antenna clockwise onto the connector at the top of the radio until it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten.

3. Earpiece Connection
- Insert the earpiece plug into the MIC/SPK port on the side of the radio. Ensure it is fully inserted for proper function.
Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: Rotate the Power/Vol knob clockwise to turn on the radio. Rotate counter-clockwise until it clicks to turn off.
- Volume Adjustment: Rotate the Power/Vol knob to adjust the audio volume.
- Channel/Frequency Selection: Use the Up/Down arrow keys on the keypad to navigate through channels or frequencies. Direct frequency input is possible using the numeric keypad.
- Transmitting: Press and hold the PTT button to transmit. Speak clearly into the microphone. Release the PTT button to receive.
Advanced Features
GPS Functionality
The radio includes GPS functionality to display coordinates and assist in locating teammates. The display can show coordinate data or an image mode for navigation.

Bluetooth Programming
The radio supports wireless programming via Bluetooth, allowing connection to a mobile application. The Bluetooth application language will follow your mobile phone's system language.

FM Radio and Scan Functions
- Press the FM/Scan button to toggle the FM radio on or off.
- To initiate a channel scan, press the Scan/Moni button. The radio will search for active channels. Press again to stop scanning.
Menu Navigation
- Press the Menu key to enter the main menu.
- Use the Up/Down arrow keys to scroll through menu options.
- Press the OK button to select an option or confirm a setting.
- Press the Exit or Menu key again to exit the menu.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the radio with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid overcharging and fully discharging the battery frequently. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
- Antenna Care: Ensure the antenna is securely attached. Avoid bending or twisting the antenna excessively, as this can damage it.
- Water Resistance: The radio is rated as waterproof. However, avoid submerging it for prolonged periods or exposing it to high-pressure water jets. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to water.
