1. Introduction

The TUMAKOU RF Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Machine R01 is designed for skin care applications on both the face and body. This device utilizes radio frequency technology to convert electrical energy into heat, which is applied to the skin. It features a built-in safety system to maintain optimal skin temperature during use.

What is RF Technology?

Radiofrequency (RF) technology involves the use of electromagnetic waves to generate heat. When applied to the skin, this heat targets the dermal layer, promoting the regeneration of collagen and elastic fibers. This process can contribute to skin firming and a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles.

2. Product Components

3. Safety Information

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using the device. Improper use may result in injury or damage to the device.

• Do not use the device on broken, irritated, or infected skin.
• Avoid using the device on areas with implants, pacemakers, or other electronic medical devices.
• Consult a physician before use if you have any underlying medical conditions, are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Keep the device out of reach of children.
• Ensure the device is unplugged when not in use or during cleaning.
• The device has a built-in safety system to regulate skin temperature. However, if you experience excessive heat or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
• The working temperature range for the skin surface is approximately 55°C - 65°C (131°F - 149°F).

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your TUMAKOU RF Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Machine R01:

1. Connect Power and Handle Cords: Plug the power cord (black) and the handle cord (white) firmly into their respective ports on the device. Ensure they are inserted correctly and securely.

2. Install Probe: Select the appropriate probe (face or body) and securely attach it to the handle. Ensure it clicks into place. Clean the probe surface before first use.
3. Select Energy Level and Time: Turn on the machine. Use the 'LEVEL' button to choose one of the three energy levels (1, 2, or 3) according to your comfort and skin needs. Use the 'TIME' button to set the desired treatment duration (10, 20, or 30 minutes).
4. Apply Gel or Cream: Before applying the device to your skin, apply a thin layer of conductive gel or cream to the treatment area. This product does not include gels or creams.

5. Operating Instructions

Probe Selection

The device comes with two distinct probes for targeted treatment:

• Face Probe (25W): This smaller probe is designed for delicate areas of the face, such as the forehead, under-eye area, and chin.
• Body Probe (50W): This larger probe is suitable for broader areas of the body, including hands, arms, legs, and the belly.

Energy Levels and Timer

The device offers customizable settings for your treatment:

• Energy Levels (1, 2, 3): Choose from three adjustable energy levels to match your skin's sensitivity and desired intensity. Start with Level 1 and gradually increase if comfortable.
• Timer (10, 20, 30 Minutes): Set the treatment duration using the timer button. This ensures consistent application and helps prevent overuse.

Application Method

After setup and applying conductive gel, gently move the RF device in slow, circular motions over the desired treatment area. Ensure continuous movement to avoid concentrating heat in one spot. Recommended usage is 2-3 times per week, for 10-15 minutes per area.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your device:

• Cleaning: After each use, wipe the probes and the device handle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage.
• Cord Care: Avoid bending or twisting the power and handle cords excessively. Do not pull the cords to unplug the device; always grasp the plug itself.

7. Troubleshooting

Device Not Heating Up

If your device does not seem to heat up after turning it on, consider the following:

1. Initial Warm-up: The device may require some time to reach its operating temperature. Set the device to Level 3 and allow it to warm up for 5 minutes. Touch the black circle of the probe with your finger to check for heat.
2. Cord Connection: Ensure both the power cord and the handle cord are plugged in tightly and correctly. It is recommended not to unplug the handle cord after initial setup. Note: Do not insert the handle cord and power cord alternately in the wrong position.
3. Skin Adaptation: Over time, as your skin adapts to the treatment, the perceived temperature may feel less intense than at the beginning. This does not mean the device is not working; the effect is still present.
