- Attaching the Mixing Bowl:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to "0".
- Press the tilt lock button to raise the motor head.

- Place the mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves on the bowl with the base. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.

- With the motor head raised, insert the desired attachment (whisk, beater, or dough hook) into the output shaft. Push upwards and twist to lock it into position.

- Lower the motor head until it clicks into place.
- Place the bowl cover over the mixing bowl, ensuring it fits snugly.
- With the motor head raised, insert the desired attachment (whisk, beater, or dough hook) into the output shaft. Push upwards and twist to lock it into position.
Operating Instructions
- Adding Ingredients: Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. The bowl cover has an opening to add ingredients during mixing.
- Power On: Plug the mixer into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- Selecting Speed: Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-6). For quick bursts of power, use the "P" (Pulse) setting.

- Mixing: Allow the mixer to operate until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Use the scraper to push down ingredients from the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Power Off: Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control dial back to "0" and unplug the mixer from the outlet.
- Removing Bowl and Attachments: Press the tilt lock button to raise the motor head. Twist the mixing bowl counter-clockwise to remove it. Twist the attachment counter-clockwise and pull down to remove it from the shaft.
