3. Setup

Before connecting the charger, ensure that your battery pack is a 72V 20S Li-ion type and requires an 84V 3A charge with a 3-pin male XLR connector. Using the charger with incompatible batteries may cause damage or safety hazards.

  1. Connect the AC power cord of the charger to a standard 100-240V AC wall outlet.
  2. Connect the 3-pin male XLR output plug of the charger to the charging port of your 72V 20S Li-ion battery pack. Ensure a secure connection.

4. Operating Instructions

Once the charger is properly connected to both the AC power source and the battery pack, it will begin the charging process automatically.

  1. Observe the LED indicator on the charger. A RED light signifies that the battery is actively charging.
  2. Allow the battery to charge until the LED indicator turns GREEN. This indicates that the battery is fully charged.

  • LED remains RED after extended charging:
    • Confirm that your battery pack is a 72V 20S Li-ion type and compatible with the charger's 84V 3A output.

  • Charger gets warm during operation:
    • It is normal for the charger to become warm during the charging process.
