1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Sansisco A21 Mini Drone. This compact and feature-rich drone is designed for both beginners and experienced users, offering exciting features like infrared battle mode, LED lights, and multiple speed settings. Please read this manual carefully before operating the drone to ensure safe and optimal performance.
2. Safety Precautions
Always follow these safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage to the drone.
- Adult Supervision: This product is recommended for children under adult supervision.
- Propeller Guards: The drone is equipped with a 360° protective cover to prevent injury from propellers. Do not remove these guards during flight.
- Flight Environment: Fly in open, clear areas, away from people, animals, and obstacles. Avoid flying near water or in strong winds.
- Battery Safety: Use only the provided batteries and charger. Do not overcharge or short-circuit batteries. Discontinue use if batteries are damaged or swollen.
- Weight: This drone weighs under 100g, which may exempt it from certain drone registration requirements in some regions. Always check local regulations.

The 360° protective cover enhances safety by shielding the propellers from accidental contact.

The drone's design prioritizes safety, minimizing the risk of injury during play.

4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Drone Battery: Insert the drone battery into the battery compartment on the drone. Ensure it clicks into place securely.
- Charging: Connect the drone battery to the USB charging cable, then plug the cable into a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB adapter). The indicator light on the cable will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 7 minutes of flight time per battery.
- Remote Controller Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller and insert 3 AAA batteries (not included), observing polarity.
4.2. Pairing the Drone and Remote
- Place the drone on a flat, level surface.
- Turn on the drone. The LED lights on the drone will flash.
- Turn on the remote controller.
- Push the left joystick (throttle) all the way up, then all the way down. The drone's LED lights will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.

The drone features one-key takeoff/landing, headless mode, and automatic pairing for ease of use.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Flight Controls
- One-Key Takeoff/Landing: After pairing, press the one-key takeoff/landing button on the remote. The drone will automatically ascend to a stable height or descend and land.
- Throttle (Left Joystick): Push up to ascend, pull down to descend.
- Directional Control (Right Joystick): Push forward to fly forward, pull back to fly backward. Push left to fly left, push right to fly right.
- Yaw (Left Joystick Left/Right): Push left to rotate counter-clockwise, push right to rotate clockwise.
5.2. Headless Mode
Press the Headless Mode button on the remote. In headless mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, regardless of the drone's front direction. This simplifies control for beginners.
5.3. Speed Adjustment
The drone has 3 adjustable speed levels (low, medium, high). Press the Speed button on the remote to cycle through the speeds. Adjust the speed according to your skill level and flying environment.

Adjust the drone's speed through three levels for varied flight experiences.
5.4. 360° Flip Function
While flying, press the Flip button on the remote, then push the right joystick in any direction (forward, backward, left, or right) to perform a 360° flip in that direction. Ensure sufficient altitude before attempting flips.

Execute impressive 360-degree flips with a simple button press and joystick movement.
5.5. Infrared Battle Mode
The A21 Mini Drone is equipped with an infrared device, allowing for battle play with other A21 drones. When two or more A21 drones are present, they can engage in simulated aerial combat. Each hit reduces the drone's 'health' until it is 'defeated'.

Engage in exciting infrared battles with other Sansisco A21 drones.
5.6. LED Lights
The drone features two-color LED lights that enhance visibility and create a visually appealing flight experience, especially in low-light conditions.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
- Propeller Replacement: If a propeller is damaged, carefully remove it and replace it with a spare propeller from the package. Ensure the correct propeller (A or B) is installed in the corresponding position.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. If not used for an extended period, charge them periodically to maintain battery health.
7. Troubleshooting
- Drone not responding: Ensure the drone and remote are fully charged and properly paired. Re-pair if necessary.
- Drone drifting: Perform a calibration by placing the drone on a flat surface and following the calibration steps in the quick start guide (usually involves holding both joysticks down and to the right/left).
- Weak flight/short flight time: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Check for damaged propellers or debris obstructing motors.
- LEDs flashing: This often indicates low battery or a pairing issue. Recharge the drone or re-pair with the remote.
