5. Operation

The BioSpray 5 system is designed for ultra-portable, cordless operation, requiring no external power source as it is propelled by CO2. It is suitable for intermittent applications rather than continuous spraying.

  1. Activate CO2 Flow: Slowly open the valve on the CO2 tank to allow gas to flow into the system.
  2. Begin Spraying: Aim the microdroplet spray gun at the surface to be sanitized. Depress the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying.
  3. Application Technique: Apply the chemical evenly across the surface. The microdroplet technology ensures efficient coverage.
  4. Intermittent Use: The system is designed for intermittent use. Release the trigger when not actively spraying to conserve CO2 and chemical.
  5. Transport: The unit features an extendable handle and wheels for easy transport between areas.
