Setup
1. Install Batteries
Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the main unit. Insert four AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery cover securely. The device can also be powered via a 5V/1A USB cable (not included).

2. Set Date and Time
Press the SET button to enter the date setting mode. Use the MEM button to adjust the month, then press SET to confirm. Repeat this process for the day and year. Follow a similar procedure to set the time (hour and minute).

3. Choose Measurement Unit
After setting the time, the device will enter the unit selection mode (kPa/mmHg). Press the MEM button to switch between kPa and mmHg. Press SET to confirm your selection.
4. Select User Mode
Long press the START/STOP button for 3 seconds until the user symbol (man or woman) flashes. Then press the SET button to switch between User 1 and User 2. This allows two individuals to store their readings separately.
Operating Instructions
1. Proper Cuff Placement
Ensure you are seated comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface. Wrap the cuff around your left upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your arm. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to fit two fingers between the cuff and your arm. Keep your palm facing upwards.

2. Taking a Measurement
Once the cuff is correctly placed, press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate. Remain still and silent during the measurement. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen once the measurement is complete.

3. Interpreting Results
The monitor features a color-coded indicator on the left side of the display to help interpret your blood pressure readings according to WHO guidelines:
- Green: Optimal/Normal Blood Pressure
- Yellow: High Normal Value / Mild Hypertension
- Red: Moderate / Severe Hypertension
An irregular heartbeat indicator (IHB) will also appear if an irregular heartbeat is detected during measurement. Consult your doctor if you frequently receive high readings or IHB alerts.

4. Memory Function
The device stores up to 120 readings for each of the two users. To view past readings, press the MEM button. Each press will cycle through the stored measurements, displaying the most recent first.
Maintenance
- Clean the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.
