Wiring Recommendations:
- For distances up to 50m, use a recommended cable type XzTKMxw 2 x 0.75 mm².
- For distances from 50m to 100m, use a recommended cable type XzTKMxw 2 x 1.0 mm².
- Connection to the electromagnetic strike must be made with 2 x 1 mm² cable.
- Any 12 VDC electric strike with a maximum current draw of 500 mA can be connected to the set.

- Environmental Conditions: Ensure the outdoor panel remains free from excessive dirt, dust, or debris that could obstruct the microphone, speaker, or call button.
- Wiring Inspection: Periodically check the wiring connections for any signs of wear or damage. If any damage is observed, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician for repair.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power to indoor unit. | Power cable disconnected; circuit breaker tripped; faulty power outlet. | Check if the power cable is securely plugged in. Verify the circuit breaker. Test the outlet with another device. |
