Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage incurred during shipping.
- Placement: Position the autoclave on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for heat dissipation.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the inner pot and the main chamber with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with distilled water.
- Water Filling: Pour distilled water into the main autoclave body. Ensure the water level is sufficient but does not exceed the maximum fill line (if indicated) or submerge the items to be sterilized. Refer to the operating section for specific water level requirements.
- Loading Items: Place the inner pot into the autoclave body. Arrange items to be sterilized within the inner pot, ensuring they do not block the steam vents or touch the lid.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective sterilization:
- Preparation: Ensure the autoclave is set up as described in the "Setup Instructions" section.
- Power On: Turn on the autoclave. The heating element will begin to heat the water, generating steam.
- Pressure Build-up: Monitor the pressure gauge. As steam is generated, the pressure inside the chamber will rise. The rated working pressure is 0.14~0.17MPa (20.6~24.6psi), corresponding to a temperature of 126~129°C (259~264°F).
- Sterilization Cycle: Once the desired pressure and temperature are reached, maintain these conditions for the required sterilization time. Typical sterilization times vary depending on the items and their density, but a common cycle is 15-30 minutes at the rated working pressure/temperature.
- Cool Down and Pressure Release: After the sterilization cycle is complete, turn off the power. Allow the autoclave to cool down naturally until the pressure gauge reads zero. Do not attempt to open the lid while pressure is present. For faster cooling, you may carefully open the release valve (deflate valve) to slowly release steam, but exercise extreme caution due to hot steam.
- Unloading: Once the pressure is fully released and the unit has cooled, carefully loosen the flange connectors and open the lid. Use heat-resistant gloves to remove the sterilized items.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your autoclave:
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the inner pot and the main chamber to prevent residue buildup. Use distilled water for cleaning to avoid mineral deposits.
- Seal Inspection: Regularly inspect the rubber seals on the lid for cracks, wear, or damage. Replace seals if they show signs of deterioration to maintain a proper pressure seal.
- Valve Check: Periodically check the safety valve and release valve for any blockages or signs of malfunction. Ensure they move freely.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the autoclave with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, store the autoclave in a clean, dry environment within the recommended storage temperature of -40~59°C and relative humidity of <80%.
