Setup Guide

1. Physical Connection

1. Positioning the Tablet: Place the graphic tablet on a stable surface. Utilize the integrated VESA stand for ergonomic positioning. The stand is multi-angle adjustable to suit your preferred working posture.

2. Connect Power: Connect the power cable to the power adapter, then to the tablet's power input, and finally plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
3. Connect to Computer:
   • Video Connection: Connect the HDMI cable from the tablet's HDMI port to your computer's HDMI output. The tablet also supports VGA and DVI connections.
   • USB Connection: Connect the USB cable from the tablet's USB port to an available USB port on your computer. This connection is essential for pen input and tablet functionality.

2. Driver Installation

For optimal performance and full functionality, driver installation is crucial. 1. Using the Active Electromagnetic Pen

The SereneLife Graphic Tablet comes with a Wireless Active Electromagnetic Pen featuring 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity, allowing for precise control over line weight and opacity in supported software.

• Charging the Pen: This is an active pen and requires charging. Use the provided charge cable to connect the pen to a USB power source. A full charge provides extended usage.
• Pressure Sensitivity: The 8192 pressure levels allow for nuanced control. Experiment with different pressure levels in your drawing software to achieve desired effects.
• Pen Buttons: The pen features customizable buttons. Use the tablet driver software to assign functions such as right-click, scroll, or specific software shortcuts to these buttons.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen surface.
• Cleaning the Pen: Wipe the pen with a dry, soft cloth. Do not immerse the pen in water or cleaning solutions.
• Replacing Pen Nibs: Over time, the pen nib may wear down.
  1. Locate the pen nib removal tool (clip) inside the pen holder.
  2. Gently grip the worn nib with the tool and pull it straight out.
  3. Insert a new nib firmly into the pen until it clicks into place.

  Replacement nibs are stored inside the pen holder.

• Storage: When not in use, store the tablet and pen in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
