Earbud Components:

Setup

Initial Charging:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
2. Connect the Type-C USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a DC5V/1A power adapter.
3. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. A full charge typically takes 1.5 hours for the earbuds and case.
4. Caution: Use only DC5V-1A chargers and the included USB cable to prevent damage and voiding the warranty.

Pairing with Your Device:

1. Step 1: Ensure the charging case is charged and open the lid. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. Step 2: On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, turn on Bluetooth.
3. Step 3: Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "pTron Bassbuds Duo" from the list.
4. Step 4: Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the earbud LED indicators will turn off.

The earbuds feature 1-Step Pairing and Auto Re-connect, meaning they will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

The pTron Bassbuds Duo features intuitive touch controls for managing music and calls.

Music Control:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the Right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the Left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the Right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the Left earbud.

Call Control:

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long press (2 seconds) on either earbud.

Voice Assistant:

• Activate Voice Assistant (Google Assistant/Siri): Long press (2 seconds) on either earbud when not on a call.

Mono/Stereo Capability:

The earbuds can be used individually (mono mode) or together (stereo mode). Simply take one earbud out of the case for mono use, or both for stereo. The unused earbud can remain in the charging case.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and free of debris.

Storage:

• When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Water Resistance:

The pTron Bassbuds Duo are IPX4 water/sweatproof. This means they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain, showering, or swimming.
