  • Do not immerse the kettle, power base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  • Do not operate the kettle if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any way. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.

  • This appliance is intended for boiling water only. Do not use it for heating other liquids or food.

Setup

1. Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle and its base. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. Retain packaging for future transport or storage if needed.

2. Initial Cleaning

Before first use, fill the kettle with fresh water up to the maximum level. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process at least twice to remove any manufacturing residues. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

3. Placement

Place the power base on a dry, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the kettle for steam to escape safely. The anti-slip 360° base provides stability.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Kettle

2. Powering On/Off

Place the kettle securely on its power base. Push the on/off lever downwards. The LED indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the kettle is heating the water.

3. Boiling Water

The kettle will begin to heat the water. Due to its efficient design, water boils quickly. The double-wall structure helps retain heat while keeping the exterior cool to the touch.

4. Automatic Shut-Off

Once the water reaches boiling point, the kettle will automatically switch off, and the LED indicator light will extinguish. You can also manually switch off the kettle by pushing the lever upwards at any time.

5. Pouring

Carefully lift the kettle from its base. The anti-drip spout ensures a controlled and mess-free pouring experience. Always pour slowly and steadily.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your kettle.

1. Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish. Ensure the kettle is unplugged and cool before cleaning.

2. Interior Cleaning and Descaling

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. This can affect performance and taste.

  • To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
  • Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
  • For stubborn deposits, gently scrub the interior with a soft brush or sponge.
  • Alternatively, use a commercially available descaling solution designed for kettles, following the product's instructions.

3. Filter Cleaning

The kettle features a removable stainless steel filter. To clean, open the lid and gently pull out the filter. Rinse it under running water and use a soft brush if necessary to remove any scale or debris. Reinsert the filter securely after cleaning.
