3.1 System Requirements

Note: USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 (5Gb/s, data transfer only) and standard USB-C ports without DisplayPort Alt Mode or Power Delivery are NOT supported for full functionality, especially for video output.

4.1 Display Modes
The OBERSTER hub supports various display configurations depending on your operating system.
4.1.1 Windows System Display Modes
For Windows, the hub supports Mirror, Extend, and Collage Display modes.
- Extend Mode: Allows you to display different content on each connected monitor, expanding your desktop workspace.
- Mirror Mode: Duplicates your laptop's screen onto all connected external displays.
- Collage Display Mode: Combines multiple displays into one large virtual display, ideal for panoramic views. This mode is only supported on Windows systems.

4.1.2 macOS System Display Modes
For macOS, the hub supports Mirror and Extend modes. Please note that macOS typically treats all external displays as a single extended desktop, or mirrors them. Collage Mode is not supported on macOS.

4.2 Power Delivery (PD)
The USB-C PD port supports up to 100W fast charging for your laptop. Connect your laptop's power adapter to this port. The hub itself consumes approximately 5W of power, so the actual charging power delivered to your laptop will be 5W less than the adapter's output.

4.3 Super-Speed Data Transmission

Important Note: You cannot use the SD and TF cards simultaneously. For Windows systems, only the TF card can be read regardless of which card is inserted first. For Mac systems, only the first inserted card will be read.
