  • Ensure the scanner is properly connected (wired or wireless).
  • Check if the barcode is a supported 1D type. This scanner does not read 2D barcodes (e.g., QR codes, PDF417).
  • Ensure the barcode is clear, not smudged, or severely damaged.
  • Adjust the distance between the scanner and the barcode.
  • Check if the scanner's battery is charged.
Scanned data does not appear on screen.
  • Ensure your cursor is active in a text input field or application.
  • Verify the connection (wired or wireless) is stable.
  • If in storage mode, you need to manually upload the data.
Battery life is shorter than expected.
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged before use (approx. 6 hours charging time).
  • Frequent scanning or continuous use in high-activity environments may reduce battery life.
  • Battery performance can degrade over time with repeated charge cycles.
Scanner beeps excessively or unexpectedly.
  • Refer to the full user manual for specific beep codes or settings related to sound. Some settings might enable a beep for every scan.
