2. Safety Information
- Ensure all components are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
- Assembly should ideally be performed by two adults due to the weight of the components.
- Keep children and pets away from the desk during operation to prevent injury.
- Do not overload the desk. The maximum load capacity is 80 kg.
- Ensure there are no obstacles in the desk's path during height adjustment. The desk features a collision detection system, but caution is advised.
- Use only the provided power adapter.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly of the MAIDESITE Electric Standing Desk requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially when handling the heavy desk top and frame.
4.1 Tools Required
- Phillips Head Screwdriver (electric screwdriver recommended)
- Level (optional, for final adjustment)
4.2 Assembly Steps
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach the desk legs to the crossbar according to the included diagram. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
- Mount the control box to the designated area on the desk frame.
- Connect the motor cables and control panel cable to the control box. Ensure connections are firm.
- Carefully place the desk top plate upside down on the soft surface.
- Align the assembled desk frame with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the desk top.
- Secure the desk frame to the top plate using the provided screws. Ensure the screws are tightened firmly but do not overtighten.
- Attach the control panel to the front edge of the desk top.
- Carefully flip the desk upright. This step is best done with two people.
- Install the adjustable feet (adjusters) at the bottom of the desk legs. Adjust them to ensure the desk is level.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel allows you to adjust the desk height, save preferred positions, and access other functions. It includes an LED display showing the current height in centimeters.
5.2 Height Adjustment
- Press the Up (▲) button to raise the desk.
- Press the Down (▼) button to lower the desk.
- Release the button at your desired height. The desk can adjust between 62 cm and 125 cm.

5.3 Memory Presets
The desk allows you to save up to four preferred height positions for quick adjustment.
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
- Press the SET button. The LED display will show 'S-'.
- Within 3 seconds, press one of the memory buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that preset. The display will show 'S-1', 'S-2', etc., to confirm.
- To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding memory button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

5.4 Collision Detection Function
The desk is equipped with a collision detection system. If an obstacle is encountered during height adjustment, the desk will automatically stop and reverse its movement by approximately 3-4 cm to prevent damage or injury.

5.5 Sedentary Alarm Function
To encourage movement and prevent prolonged sitting, the desk includes a sedentary alarm.
- Press the Alarm (bell icon) button to cycle through alarm settings: 0.5h, 1h, 2h, or Off.
- When an alarm time is set, the motor will vibrate to remind you to change your posture (e.g., from sitting to standing).

5.6 Lock Function
To prevent accidental operation, especially by children, the control panel features a lock function.
- Press and hold the Lock (padlock icon) button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the lock.
- When locked, the LED display will show 'LOC', and no buttons will respond.
5.7 USB Charging Port
A USB charging port is integrated into the side of the control panel for convenient charging of your electronic devices.

6. Maintenance
- Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Clean the desk surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- The melamine top plate is resistant to scratches, dirt, moisture, and heat, but it is still recommended to use coasters for drinks and avoid placing extremely hot items directly on the surface.
- Keep the motor and electrical components free from dust and moisture.
7. Troubleshooting
