- Multi-Function Button (MFB): Used for power on/off, answering/ending calls, and play/pause music.

4. Setup Instructions
4.1. Charging the Headset
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the headset's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
A full charge provides up to 30 hours of continuous talk time and 400 hours of standby time.
4.2. Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) until the LED indicator flashes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the MFB until the LED indicator turns off.
4.3. Bluetooth Pairing
The headset uses Bluetooth 5.0 for quick, efficient, and stable connections.
- Ensure the headset is powered off.
- Press and hold the MFB until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "COMEXION BH-M100" from the list.
- Once paired, the LED indicator will flash blue periodically.
4.4. Connecting with USB Dongle
For devices without Bluetooth functionality, use the included USB dongle.

- Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer or device.
- Power on the headset and ensure it is in pairing mode (LED flashes red and blue).
- The headset will automatically connect to the USB dongle. The LED on the dongle will indicate a successful connection.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Call Management

- Answer/End Call: Press the MFB once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
- Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the dedicated Microphone Mute Button once. The LED indicator on the button will illuminate when muted.
Note: The MFB call answer/hang-up function is primarily for phone calls. For applications like Skype, Zoom, or Teams on a PC, you may need to manage calls directly within the software.
5.2. Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the MFB once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume + button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button.
5.3. Volume Adjustment
- Press the Volume + button to increase volume.
- Press the Volume - button to decrease volume.
5.4. Multi-Device Connection
The headset can pair with two devices simultaneously, allowing for seamless switching.

To switch between connected devices, simply play audio or answer a call on the desired device. The headset will automatically switch its audio source.

9. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
- Cannot Pair:
- Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (LED flashing red and blue).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within 10 meters of the headset.
- Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again.
- If using the USB dongle, ensure it is properly inserted and the headset is in pairing mode.
- No Sound/Microphone Not Working:
- Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device.

- Verify the microphone is not muted. Press the mute button to toggle.
- For PC applications, confirm the software settings recognize the headset's microphone.

- Poor Audio Quality:
