4. Setup

4.1 Powering On/Off

1. To power on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will illuminate.
2. To power off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered on and in pairing mode (indicator light may flash).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "S100" from the list to connect.
4. Once connected, the headphones will indicate successful pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or steady indicator light).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Click the 'on/off' button once.
• Volume Up: Click the '+' button once.
• Volume Down: Click the '-' button once.
• Next Song: Long press the '+' button.
• Previous Song: Long press the '-' button.

5.2 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Click the 'on/off' button once.
• Reject Call: Long press the 'on/off' button.

5.3 Voice Assistant Activation

• To activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri), click the 'on/off' button 4 times.

6. Charging

To charge your Pinetree OPENEAR Solo S100 headphones, connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and a suitable USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, blue for fully charged). A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and provides 8-10 hours of use.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

7.2 Storage

8. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect to a power source using the Type-C cable.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Ensure the headphones are not connected to another device.
• No Sound/Low Volume: Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly positioned on your cheekbones.
• Intermittent Connection: Move closer to your connected device to reduce interference. Ensure there are no obstacles between the headphones and your device.
