4. Setup
- Freeze the Freezer Bowl: Place the empty freezer bowl in the freezer at -18°C (0°F) or below for at least 8-12 hours. Ensure it is placed on a flat surface to freeze evenly. The bowl must be completely frozen for proper ice cream consistency.
- Assemble the Machine: Once the freezer bowl is frozen, place the mixing paddle inside the bowl. Then, place the power unit onto the lid and secure it. Finally, place the assembled lid and power unit onto the freezer bowl and turn clockwise to lock it into place.

5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Mix your desired ice cream, yogurt, or sorbet ingredients according to your recipe. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled prior to adding them to the machine.
- Start the Machine: Plug in the ice cream maker. Press the one-button start on the power unit to begin the churning process.
- Pour Ingredients: Slowly pour the chilled ice cream liquid into the freezer bowl through the opening in the transparent lid while the machine is running. This allows the mixture to begin freezing immediately upon contact with the cold bowl.
- Churn: Allow the machine to churn for 15-30 minutes, or until the desired consistency is reached. The transparent lid allows you to monitor the freezing process.
- Add Mix-ins: If adding solid mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit, do so during the last 5 minutes of churning through the lid opening.
- Serve: Once churning is complete, turn off the machine and unplug it. Remove the lid and paddle, then scoop out your fresh homemade frozen dessert. For a firmer consistency, transfer the dessert to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.
