Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before using your Anthter Professional Blender. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always unplug the blender from the power outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. Clean only with a damp cloth.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A tamper may be used only when the blender is not running.
• Ensure the lid is securely in place before operating the blender.
• Do not blend hot liquids that exceed the 'HOT LIQUID MAXIMUM' mark on the container to prevent overflow and scalding.
• This appliance is equipped with overheat and overload protection. If the motor stops due to overheating or overloading, unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for at least 15 minutes before resuming operation.
• The blender features a safety lock mechanism. The motor will not operate unless the container is correctly seated on the motor base.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

Setup

Before first use, and after each use, ensure all parts are clean.

1. Unpack all components from the packaging.
2. Wash the container, lid, and tamper with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
3. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
4. Carefully place the container onto the motor base. Ensure it is properly aligned and securely seated. You will feel it lock into place, activating the safety mechanism.
5. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Anthter blender offers variable speed control and pre-programmed settings for optimal blending results.

General Blending:

1. Add ingredients to the container. Ensure ingredients do not exceed the maximum fill line. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, followed by harder ingredients and ice.
2. Securely place the lid on the container.
3. Turn the main power switch (ON/OFF) to the 'ON' position. The indicator lights will illuminate.
4. Variable Speed Control: Rotate the central knob to adjust the blending speed from low to high. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase to achieve desired consistency.
5. Pulse Function: For quick bursts of power or to chop ingredients, switch the 'PULSE' toggle to the 'PULSE' position and hold. Release to stop. This is ideal for crushing ice or chopping nuts.
6. Once blending is complete, turn the main power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the blender.

Pre-programmed Settings:

The blender includes dedicated buttons for common blending tasks:

• ICE: Press this button to activate a program specifically designed for crushing ice. The blender will run through a cycle optimized for ice.
• SMOOTHIE: Select this program for making smooth and consistent smoothies. The cycle is pre-set for optimal smoothie texture.
• SOUP: This setting is designed for blending soups, providing a smooth consistency.

To use a pre-programmed setting, simply press the corresponding button after turning the blender ON. The blender will automatically run through its cycle and stop when complete.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Anthter blender.

Auto-Cleaning Function:

The 68oz/2L BPA-Free Tritan jar features a convenient self-cleaning function:

1. After use, rinse the container to remove large food particles.
2. Fill the container halfway with warm water and add a drop of dish soap.
3. Secure the lid on the container and place it on the motor base.
4. Turn the blender ON and select a medium speed, or use the 'SMOOTHIE' pre-programmed setting, and let it run for 30-60 seconds.
5. Pour out the soapy water, rinse the container thoroughly with clean water, and allow it to air dry.

General Cleaning:

• Always unplug the blender before cleaning.
• Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water.
• The container, lid, and tamper are top-rack dishwasher safe, or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
