3. Connect to Smoker: Locate the meat probe port on your Char-Broil Deluxe Digital Electric Smoker. Insert the probe's plug firmly into this port.

Operating Instructions

Once installed, the meat probe is ready for use to monitor the internal temperature of your food during the smoking process.

1. Insert into Meat: Carefully insert the stainless steel tip of the probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones. Ensure the tip is fully embedded to get an accurate reading.
