The zicBee MagSafe Power Bank is a portable magnetic wireless charger designed for iPhone 15/14/13/12 Mini/Pro/Pro Max/Plus series, offering both wireless and wired fast charging capabilities for multiple devices simultaneously.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your zicBee MagSafe Power Bank. Use the provided USB-C cable and connect it to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included).

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible Devices)

For iPhone 15/14/13/12 Mini/Pro/Pro Max/Plus series, the power bank offers magnetic wireless charging.

Note: For optimal wireless charging, ensure your phone case is under 3mm (0.12 inches) thick and does not contain metal objects, credit cards, or pop holders, as these can interfere with magnetic charging.

For iPhone 12/13 series, the power bank is designed to not block the camera lens when attached.

6.2 Wired Charging (USB-C and USB-A)

The power bank supports wired charging for a wide range of devices using its USB-C and USB-A ports.

6.3 Checking Battery Level

The power bank features an LCD digital display that shows the remaining battery percentage.

  • Device not MagSafe compatible or case is too thick/contains metal.
  • Power bank battery is depleted.
  • Improper alignment.
  • Ensure device/case is MagSafe compatible and free of obstructions.
  • Recharge the power bank.
  • Re-align the power bank and device.
Power bank not charging device via cable.
  • Cable is faulty or not fully connected.
  • Power bank battery is depleted.
  • Device is not compatible with charging output.
  • Try a different cable or ensure secure connection.
  • Recharge the power bank.
  • Verify device compatibility with USB-C PD or USB-A QC3.0.
Power bank gets hot during charging.
  • Normal operation for fast charging.
  • Over-temperature protection activated.
  • Minor warmth is normal.
  • If excessively hot, disconnect and allow to cool. The AI smart IC technology will automatically adjust current to control temperature.
iPhone charging stops or is inconsistent (specific to iPhone).
  • iPhone's "Optimized Battery Charging" feature.

Go to iPhone Settings > Battery > Battery Health > and toggle off "Optimized Battery Charging".
