Powering On and Off

Adjusting Height Settings

The vacuum features five height adjustment settings to optimize cleaning on different floor types.

2. Locate the height adjustment dial on the front of the floor head.

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup regularly, ideally after each use or when the debris reaches the "Max Fill" line.

1. Ensure the vacuum is unplugged.
2. Locate the dust cup release button and press it to detach the dust cup from the main unit.
3. Position the dust cup over a trash bin.
4. Press the bottom release latch to open the dust cup and empty its contents.
5. Close the dust cup securely and reattach it to the vacuum.

Cleaning the Filters

The foam filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power.

1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner.
2. Remove the dust cup.
3. Carefully remove the foam filter from the dust cup assembly.
4. Tap the filter over a trash can to remove loose dirt.
5. Rinse the foam filter under cool running water until the water runs clear.
6. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use the vacuum without a dry filter.

Cleaning the Brush Roll

Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.

1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner.
2. Turn the vacuum over to access the brush roll.
3. Using scissors, carefully cut away any hair or threads wrapped around the brush roll.
4. Remove any debris from the brush roll and its housing.
5. Ensure the brush roll spins freely before resuming use.
