Setup

1. Charging the Device:

3. Applying the Wrist Cuff:

1. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface.

4. Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist. It should be firm but not uncomfortably tight.
5. Position your wrist at heart level during measurement.

Operating Instructions

Taking a Measurement:

1. Ensure the cuff is correctly applied to your wrist and your arm is positioned at heart level.
2. Press the central ON/OFF button (⑂) to start the measurement. The cuff will automatically inflate.
3. Remain still and silent during the measurement process.
4. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.
5. The device will also provide a voice broadcast of your readings.

To turn off the device, press the ON/OFF button again, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity to conserve power.

Memory Function
