5. Setup

6.1. Battery Test

This function assesses the overall health of the battery.

  1. From the main menu, select "Battery Test" and press 'OK'.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to input battery type (e.g., Flooded, AGM, GEL) and CCA rating.
  3. The tester will display results including State of Charge (SOC), State of Health (SOH), Voltage, Measured CCA, and Internal Resistance. A "GOOD BATTERY" or other status will be indicated.

6.2. Cranking Test
