3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts are present and undamaged. The bed typically arrives in two boxes. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service.

4. Setup and Assembly

Step-by-Step Assembly (Refer to video for visual aid):

  1. Prepare End Panels: Assemble the headboard and footboard sections using the provided hardware (dowel pins and long screws).
  2. Assemble Side Rails: Attach the horizontal side rails to the vertical posts, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
  3. Connect Bed Ends: Join the assembled end panels with the side rails to form the main bed frame structure.
  4. Assemble Ladder: Construct the ladder by attaching the rungs to the ladder side pieces.
  5. Assemble Slide: Construct the slide by attaching the slide surface to the slide side rails.
  6. Attach Ladder and Slide: Securely attach the ladder and slide to the main bed frame. These components are convertible and can be placed on either side.

5. Operating Instructions

  • Sleeping: Place appropriate twin-sized mattresses on both the upper and lower bunks.
  • Ladder Use: Always use the ladder to access the upper bunk. Do not climb on the side rails or other parts of the bed.
  • Slide Use: Use the slide in a seated position, feet first. Ensure the landing area is clear.
  • General Use: Avoid jumping on the bed or engaging in rough play that could compromise the bed's stability.

6. Maintenance
