4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height:

1. To raise the seat, lift the lever located on the right side of the chair while taking your weight off the seat.
2. To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated.
3. Release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.

• To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.
• Adjust the tilt tension by rotating the knob located underneath the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to rock).
