1. Product Overview
The Tenamic Biometric Fingerprint Safe Box is designed to provide secure storage for your valuables. 3. Setup
3.1 Initial Opening
Upon first use, the safe can be opened using the emergency key. Locate the keyhole, insert the key, and turn it counter-clockwise while simultaneously turning the knob clockwise to open the door. This method is also used if the batteries are depleted.

3.2 Battery Installation
The safe requires 4 AA batteries (not included) for the electronic lock system. Open the safe door. Locate the battery compartment on the inside of the door. Insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment cover.
3.3 Setting Up Fingerprint
- With the safe door open, press the green button located on the inside of the door.
- You will hear a prompt: "Please input the fingerprint".
- Place your finger on the illuminated fingerprint reader.
- When you hear "Succeed", remove your finger.
- Repeat steps 3-4 for additional fingerprints (up to 30 can be programmed).
3.4 Setting Up Password
- With the safe door open, press the red button located on the inside of the door.
- You will hear a prompt: "Please input first new password".
- Enter a new password (3-8 digits) using the keypad.
- Press "#" to confirm.
- You will hear "Set successfully", indicating the password is set.
3.5 Mounting the Safe
The safe can be fixed to a wall for added security. Use the provided mounting screws. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the safe's weight and contents. Consult a professional if unsure about installation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Opening with Fingerprint
- Place your registered finger on the fingerprint reader.
- If successful, the light will turn green, and you will hear a confirmation sound.
- Turn the knob clockwise to open the door.
4.2 Opening with Password
- Enter your registered password using the keypad.
- Press "#" to confirm.
- If successful, the light will turn green, and you will hear a confirmation sound.
- Turn the knob clockwise to open the door.
4.3 Emergency Opening (External Battery Pack)
If the internal batteries are exhausted, you can use the external battery pack. Connect the external battery pack to the port on the safe's keypad. This will provide temporary power, allowing you to use your fingerprint or password to open the safe. Replace the internal batteries immediately after opening.
4.4 Alarm System
The safe is equipped with an alarm system. If 5 continuously wrong fingerprint attempts or 3 wrong password entries occur, the alarm will activate for 20 seconds. To stop the alarm, enter the correct fingerprint or password.

4.5 Induction Light
The safe features an induction light inside. As soon as the safe door is opened, the light will illuminate automatically and turn off after 30 seconds.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Replacement
When the battery indicator light flashes or the safe does not respond, it's time to replace the batteries. Use 4 new AA batteries. Ensure the safe is open before replacing batteries to avoid being locked out. If the batteries are completely dead, use the external battery pack or emergency key to open the safe first.
5.2 Cleaning and Care
Wipe the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. The interior is lined with leather to prevent wear and tear on valuables; keep it dry and free from moisture. Regularly check the door hinges and locking bolts for any obstructions or signs of wear.
6. Troubleshooting
