Setup
- Unpack the Scale: Carefully remove the scale and all packaging materials from the box.
- Install Batteries: The scale requires 3 AAA batteries, which are included. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale, open the cover, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and close the cover securely.
- Placement: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface to ensure accurate readings. Avoid placing it on soft or uneven surfaces, or near sources of vibration or extreme temperature changes.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To turn the scale ON, press the Power button (
) located on the right side of the display.
- To turn the scale OFF, press and hold the Power button (
) for a few seconds until the display turns off. The scale also features an auto-off function to save battery life if inactive for a period.
Unit Conversion
- To change the unit of measurement, press the Units button (U MODE) located on the left side of the display.
- Each press will cycle through the available units: grams (g), ounces (oz), fluid ounces (fl.oz), pounds (lb), and milliliters (ml). Select the desired unit for your measurement.
Tare Function
The Tare function allows you to zero out the weight of a container or any item already on the scale, so you can measure additional ingredients accurately.
- Place the empty container (e.g., coffee mug, pour-over dripper) on the center of the weighing platform. The display will show its weight.
- Press the Tare button (T) located on the right side of the display. The display will reset to "0.0".
- You can now add your ingredients (e.g., coffee grounds, water) to the container, and the scale will display only the weight of the added items.

Timer Function
The integrated timer is essential for precise coffee brewing, allowing you to monitor extraction times.
- Start/Pause Timer: Press the Start/Pause button (
) to start the timer. Press it again to pause the timer.
- Reset Timer: To reset the timer to zero, press and hold the Reset button (

Maintenance & Care
- Cleaning: The silicone mat on the weighing platform is removable and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. For the main body of the scale, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the scale in water or use abrasive cleaners.
- Spill Protection: The grooved surface of the silicone mat helps prevent spills from reaching the scale's internal components. In case of spills, remove the mat and clean immediately.
- Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
